Reiki (ray-key) is a complementary healing therapy developed by Dr. Usui from a Japanese ancient healing art. It is a deeply relaxing healing technique that reaches the whole body beyond outward symptoms.
Recipients remain fully clothed throughout the treatment whilst the practitioner places their hands on specific positions on the body. Shoes and outer outdoor clothing will usually be removed for comfort.
I offer Reiki in Cornwall at the Mevagissey Activity Centre and at the Waterside Clinic in Penryn. Both sites have parking and lifts.
Trained to Reiki Level II I have also recently studied advanced Reiki techniques from the Japanese Lineage with Penelope Quest.
