Being next to see there is always a good range of fish and shellfish and also meat from inland farms in Cornwall. Plume of Feathers Portscatho

Allways a great atmosphere in this pub, very traditional with good food and good beer. The Plume is positioned right in the centre of Portscatho and just a few metres from the beaches. There is parking in the immediate area but it does fill up quickly so you may need to use the large carpark just outside of the village.   More Details

Roseland Inn Philleigh

A wonderful pub tucked away in the small village of Philleigh just minutes away from the King Harry Ferry and ten minutes from St Mawes. This 16th Century pub has a good seating capacity both inside and out and a very popular menu with a good amount of game and more traditional dishes as well as fresh fish dishes.   More Details

New Inn Veryan

Another excellent 16th Century Inn perfectly placed for exploring the Roseland. On top of wholesome menu, including a jumbo rump steak, the New Inn also has accommodation on a bed & breakfast basis. The rooms are all very well appointed and the price included a full breakfast.   More Details

Rising Sun St Mawes

Also in St Mawes, the Rising Sun is larger with a outside seating area of greater capacity. Positioned right in the centre of the village, it is just a stones throw from the beach and village quay. The Sun has a separate restaurant and menu and is commonly used for wedding receptions and other private functions.   More Details

Victory Inn St Mawes

Nestled just a few metres from St Mawes Quay, the Victory inn is the only traditional pub in St Mawes and offers excellent food for lunchtimes and evenings. Outside seating is available although limited to four large picnic tables. Upstairs is a separate restaurant with an elevated seating area and sea views.   More Details

Ship Inn Portloe

Portloe is perfect for long cliff top walks and exploring the coastline. The Ship Inn is the only pub in the village situated just metres from the waters edge where fishermen work their boats. Needless to say there's plenty of fresh fish on the menu as well as traditional food with excellent Sunday roasts.   More Details

Kings Head Ruan Lanihorne

Recently refurbished, the Kings head lies in idilyc surroundings well off the beaten track. The pub has a separate restaurant area as well as a beer garden and outside terrace. Royal Standard Gerrans

Just up the road from the Plume is the Royal Standard in the adjacent village called Gerrans. In reality these two villages do join. The Royal Standard is another traditional pub offering good pub grub and local Cornish ales from the St Austell Brewery. The pub is located just down from a campsite making it perfect if you're on a camping holiday!   More Details
